Congratulations on being recommended for S.W.A.T.T? So what is it and what next?
It's quite simple.
All members who have been recommended for S.W.A.T.T have done so because the instructor team sees a great deal of potential in you as a future instructor by already showing values core to the team.
These include work ethic, personability, dedication, manners, a desire to learn and more.
You will learn everything in S.W.A.T.T from, how to help in class with pad holding and teaching all the way to full class managment, team building and how to be a full time instructor if that is your goal. Whilst it's not everyones goal to be an instructor, S.W.A.T.T is also our weapons training programme.

Step 1 - Come along for a free S.W.A.T.T class so you can see what it's all about.

Step 2 - Purchase you S.W.A.T.T gear from the store which includes your Cadet uniform, S.W.A.T.T unifrom and the safety weapons required for the programme. Use the link below or go to our store from the home page.

Step 3 - Once purchased, our team will add a £20 a month subscription to your existing martialytics account for the additional classes.

Progression through instructor ranks are optional and weapons training is of course a weekly class.

Instructor Ranks (a very brief description):

Cadet (grey/black) - Unranked and learning the basics

Ensign (blue with white) - Capable of teaching groups in class under a lead instructor

Sergeant (black with white) - Capable of running different classes with no observation (a lead instructor)

Lieutenant (red with white) - Has started to become responsible for the behind the scenes running of their school

Commander (black with red)  - Building their own team. Running their own school from classes to customer care and marketing.

Master Chief (black with gold) - Owns their own franchise/school. Built their own team. Responsble for the daily running of the school(s). Is a full time instructor.
